A note on order problems
Once BackMyTown is trading, anything to do with a specific order (a refund, a missing item, a cancellation) goes to the business you bought from first, because your contract is with them and they hold the money. Their details are on your order confirmation.
If you cannot get it resolved, write to us and we will chase it. We cannot decide a dispute for you and we hold no funds to refund you ourselves, but we can lean on it. Your card chargeback rights are unaffected.
