These terms are between BackMyTown Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17360461, registered office 10 Beaufort Close, Reigate, RH2 9DG, United Kingdom) ("we", "us"), and the club, class or activity provider that accepts them on its BackMyTown dashboard ("you"). They cover listing your classes and nothing else. You accept them by ticking the box on your dashboard, and the version you accepted is recorded.
1. Keeping your listing right
Keep your listing accurate and up to date: your classes, when and where they run, the ages they suit, what they cost and how families can reach you. When something changes, change your listing or tell us.
We may edit a listing to make it clearer. We may hide or remove a listing we reasonably think is inaccurate, unsafe or misleading, and we will tell you when we do.
2. Showing your club
You let us show your club's name, logo and listing on your town's website and in its emails to local families, for as long as you are listed. You confirm you are entitled to let us use them.
3. Being listed is free
Being listed costs nothing. Nothing in these terms takes a payment from a family or pays anything to you, and we take no fee for a listing.
4. What we do, and what we do not
We list your classes as a noticeboard for local families. We do not inspect, licence or endorse your club or its classes, and we are not responsible for how they are run. Families are told to satisfy themselves about safeguarding, insurance and registration directly with you before they book. You remain responsible for all three, and for running your classes safely and lawfully.
5. The details we hold about you
We hold what is on your listing and the contact details of the people who sign in for your club, and use them to run your listing and to write to you about it. Our Privacy Policy, at www.backmytown.com/legal/privacy-policy, explains how we look after them and the rights you have.
6. If you want to sell something later
These terms do not let you sell anything through us. If you later want to, such as places on a term of classes, you will be asked to agree our Vendor Agreement first. It covers our fee and how you are paid, and once you have agreed it, it covers your listing too.
7. Ending these terms
You can end these terms at any time by asking us to take your listing down: reply to any of our emails or write to hello@backmytown.com. We can end them by telling you, with reasonable notice unless section 1 means the listing has to come down sooner. When they end, your listing comes down and we stop using your club's name and logo.
If we change these terms, we will ask you to agree the new version on your dashboard before it applies to you. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
